partnership with our metalwork division, Duplex CSA has made a major
investment in the design and fabrication of custom RF shielding
products that complement our connector portfolio. This means we can
offer fast turnaround from design to delivery of completed components.
Duplex CSA can offer solutions ranging from a single piece shield to
complex multi compartment cases with snap on covers. An idea can
quickly become reality with minimum cost, by utilizing a range of
standard features that are tooled and ready to use. Duplex CSA has the
expertise to provide complete RF/EMI shielding solutions for any PCB
needs, from prototypes to volume production. Rapid tooling/prototyping,
quick turn capabilities on custom designs, fast time-to-market, and
high volume manufacturing capability are key strengths that are brought

technical support, engineering assistance and custom packaging are all

tuner can. We have many years' experience of swaging in our precision
connectors to withstand high torque figures and our low cost
progression tools enable us to offer highly competitive pricing and
fast turnaround. |

Initially developed to support our
custom coaxial connector business, Duplex CSA has made a major
investment in the production of metal pressings of increasingly complex
designs.
Swage mount connectors of all varieties including F series, TV male and
female, BNC etc. can be added to any design of tuner frame or back
panel, minimising component count and assembly cost. Our in-house
design service can generate detailed designs from the most basic
provisional drawings. Year of design experience ensure the lowest cost
for finished items.
Prototype quantities can also be offered in days rather than months,
allowing further development of ideas without resorting to the expense
of full-scale tooling.
When items are ready to move into productions, our own lost cost
progression tooling ensure the absolute minimum up-front costs to
companies involved in new product launches. Typical tooling cost may be
half of those found elsewhere in the industry. |
