Duplex CSA Ltd are proud to announce that we have just completed our latest ISO audit and have been granted approval to the upgraded ISO 9001:2008 standard.

Our processes are designed to ensure that our customers get the very best service from us, they can be assured that we are working on continuous improvement programmes that challenge our employees and systems to offer excellence in all aspects of our business.

Our team has clear objectives and guidelines and everyone is actively working on ways to keep our support at the highest level.

We have recently appointed a Quality Manager specifically to look after our Asian factories and continue to add resource where it is needed to best help our customers.
