 David Gravina
Business Development Manager - Americas
Dave joined Duplex CSA in 2009 and has over 20 years of experience in RF connectors for the communications and wireless components market. Over that time, he has held a variety of senior level positions in engineering, product management and marketing for M/A-COM, AMP and Tyco Electronics. Most recently Dave was a senior Product Manager at Tyco, responsible for the strategy and leadership of their commercial RF Coaxial Connector products. He is responsible for the development of new business opportunities in the Americas.

Rosa Rosa Fearria
Business Development Manager - Europe
Rosa joined Duplex CSA in 1998, and has more than 20 years experience in the electronics industry. During this career she spent 7 years at GEC Avionics and also undertook field sales and applications roles for companies such as Electrautom, Newport Components and Townsend Coates. Rosa is our main sales contact and works with our customers to ensure our best level of service is provided in the way of design-in and support activities.

 Steve Bearns
Business Development Manager - Asia
 Steve has a long standing relationship with  Duplex CSA since 2004 when he worked for Frontier Silicon and was a customer of Duplex. From 1992 to 2000, Steve worked for Nokia Mobile Phones in their UK R&D and pre-production facilities also undertook field sales and after a 4 year diversion into a semiconductor manufacturing management role at Oxford Semiconductor moved back into manufacturing. After running Supply-Chain Solutions for three years and providing a support role for Duplex CSA, Steve has joined the team in January 2009 managing new product introductions. Managing Director
Russell established Duplex CSA in 1992. Russell has wide experience in the electronic components industry, having held senior sales positions at AMP, the BICC Group and Belling Lee. Russell has the ultimate responsibility for controlling, directing and coordinating all management activities throughout the company. Russell has established the relationships that have resulted in Duplex CSA’s growth from a one-man business to a multi-million dollar operation serving customers in all regions of the world.

Alex Woods
General Manager
Alex joined Duplex CSA in 2006 after 11 years with first M/A-COM, and subsequently Tyco Electronics. At Tyco he held a variety of European and Global product management positions. Prior to this, he was European Major Account Manager for Thomas & Betts. Alex is responsible for all sales and commercial activities and the development of new business opportunities and is also responsible for the company’s overall operation.

Paul Paul Hulatt
Project Manager
Paul joined Duplex CSA in July 2009 and has over 20 years' experience in the connector industry, working predominantly in the telecoms and mobile communication industries. He has held a number of positions in application engineering, marketing and product management, working for Hirose, Thomas & Betts and Viking connectors. Paul is based at  Duplex's UK  headquarters to manage custom connector projects, new product introductions and technical support for all regions.

 Elaine Chesterman
Sales Office Manager
Elaine joined Duplex CSA from the financial services sector and has a wide experience of all aspects of our business.
She has worked for Duplex CSA for 12 years and during this time has been active within both our manufacturing and administrative departments. Elaine is responsible not only for the sales office but also for the finance and accounts areas within our company. The purchasing and materials management functions are also under her control.  Mary Zu
Quality Manager Asia
Mary graduated from Wuhan in 2004 with a degree in business and subsequently worked in Beijing in the electronics components industry. A year later she moved to Shenzhen where she worked for an international company providing electronic component sourcing services. In 2006 Mary began working with Steve Bearns, managing the vendor base of Supply-Chain Solutions, primarily responsible for production scheduling and quality control. She first provided services for  Duplex CSA in 2008, assisting with supply chain quality management in the Asia region. She joined the Duplex CSA team in January 2009 as Quality Manager for Asia.
